Cheeseburger Pasta

cheeseburger anything is a success at the clay casa...which was no different with this recipe! it's an easy, busy girl meal that requires no thinking or real culinary skills. and hey, these days, campbell's makes it so easy we don't even need the elbow grease behind a can opener!

{cheeseburger pasta}

ingredients {in order of use}
*serves 2-3
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups dried pasta, {i prefer shells for this}
  • 1 can {10 3/4 ounces} cheddar cheese condensed soup
  • 1 can {10 3/4 ounces} tomato condensed soup
  • 1 can {10 3/4 ounces} chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 green onion sprigs, sliced
  • salt & pepper, to taste


1. in a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey. when cooked thru, drain excess grease & return turkey to skillet.


2. stir in pasta, soups, water, green onions & bring to a boil. reduce heat to a simmer & cook for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring often. season with salt & pepper.




3. remove from heat, serve in bowls. garnish with green onions, cheese & slice of toasted pita!
