cabbage...one of those over-looked veggies we don't give much TLC. my dad makes this buttery baked cabbage anytime i am home & it's one of my favorite sides. not only is it packed with nutrients, it's a cheap buy, lasts for a while in the fridge & goes well with any meal!
Ingredients {in order of use}
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 tablespoon of butter {or 2 squirts of squeeze butter}
- salt & pepper

2. using a full head of washed, rinsed cabbage, cut triangular-wedges {about 1 or 2 per person}.
